Description
From natural disasters and geopolitical shifts, to climate change and unprecedented pandemics, global crises are becoming more frequent, and our supply chains are more exposed to them than ever. But, with little to no warning about where or when these major events may strike, what can procurement and supply chain leaders practically do to safeguard against them?
Risk and Your Supply Chain: Preparing for the Next Global Crisis reexamines the fundamentals of risk management through the lens of today's complex, global supply chains, sharing valuable lessons and insights from two decades of crisis management to help you prepare for whatever tomorrow brings.

Ce que les critiques en disent
“Risk And Your Supply Chain does a great job of explaining one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned in my career - that no matter where in the world you work, risk will always play a pivotal role in supply chain management. Wherever you work, if you work in procurement, there’s something to learn here.” (Brian Golden, global materials leader, Suntory Holdings)
“Successful crisis management requires both a strong strategy, and the right immediate tactical responses. That’s exactly what you’ll find here - a blend of strategic and tactical insights that come together to make risk management feel much more manageable.” (Steve Listzwan, vice president, global procurement, Moderna)
