Just listened for the second time
Absolutely loved runnin with the devil.
Always heard the members of VH were pricks, with the exception of Michael.. great music though!!

The narrator in this audible book is fantastic! His voice and the storyline almost transport you to the situation being dealt with! When it ended, I wanted more! truly a must have in your audible library! Just sensational!

it's no surprise
it's no surprise VH was a such a mess. it's how the industry was they just wanted stoned and making money. once they were burnt out they cast them to the gutter.

A Southern California Backyard Party Band...
Telling the story by a road Manager turned Business Manager of one of America’s greatest party bands as a compilation from a multitude of sources and manages to do so beautifully I think. Despite the almost "cut-and-paste" feeling, the image conveyed feels full and comprehensive. Great value for a classic Van Halen fan!

couldnt stop listening

as a fan and follower of the group, this book had tons of new "gems" of insight into the band and its function and dysfunction. Had to listen straight through then was inspired to find more material by noel monk.
