Andy Park can’t stand the sight of blood. Unfortunately, he’s just set a blood feud in motion. He thinks he’s found a clever way to make his family’s enemies pay. He hasn’t thought through the consequences.
Things unravel fast. His teenage son is in mortal danger. His daughter and her fiancé are dragged into doing the violence he can’t face himself. Every attempt to regain control only makes things worse.
Elsewhere in Edinburgh, a masked figure calling himself Mr Smith is blackmailing Tommy Savage for reasons he doesn’t understand. When Tommy and his brother Phil try to fight back, it goes catastrophically wrong and they end up heading for a graveyard with swords, cash and no good options left.
