À propos de cet audio

Of all the Legiones Astartes, the White Scars of Jaghatai Khan remain the most enigmatic and elusive. Born of a civilisation that prizes honour, speed and fearsome loyalty, their allegiance has yet remained unclear even as the galaxy is torn apart by Horus' treachery, and both sides have apparently counted them among their potential allies in the war to come.

But when the Alpha Legion launch an unexplained and simultaneous attack against the White Scars and Space Wolves, the Khan must decide once and for all whether he will stand with the Emperor or the Warmaster...or neither.

Solid overall but only issue was it was hard to follow as alot of the characters did sound the same and there was no clear break inbetween the switching of chapter stories

Cool looks at the white scars

Best Narrator in the business. Oh also the story is good. The portrayal of the Khan and his Scars is bang on. This combo of writer and narrator is a huge win. Also NAILS the viking accent for the Wolves and Russ.

Shogo Mitakita is best

Great character building from the start, gets down to the human level of Space Marines and the decisions they make as individual. Great intro to the White Scars legion that makes you wish you were a speed craving war hawk like the rest of em.

LORE FOR DAYS

The book was good if you like the scars. There is a healthy dose of Space Wolves here as well as a touch of Death Guard. I'd say personally I was not super into this book, but I am trying to review as unbiased as possible as I think my lack of interest is only because I am not a fan of the White Scars legion. I got this book to try and Kindle some interest in a legion I knew less about, but ultimately, at least for me, this didn't really make me want to know more about them, and instead made me want more from the Space Wolves, Death Guard, Thousand Sons, and even the Salamanders.

This book does tie in very well with the books Thousand Sons before it, and with Crimson King after it.

Good if you like White Scars

I liked the story, really enjoyed the narrator, but didn't love the accents used for the White Scars

pretty good
