This is a great book for employing techniques that work to deal with trauma, I can't recommend it enough.

Great methods for healing

The author’s voice just didn’t do it for me and I didn’t feel the empathy or genuine compassion in his reading. It’s more of exercises that may or may not do if for you. Uninteresting and vague.

Disappointing purchase and probably won’t listen to him again. Could only digest the 1st two chapters.
