Publishing under the name SJ Bolton, the prolific writer has become a master of the crime thriller genre, having written 10 novels, one of which, Sacrifice, was adapted to the big screen. Awarded the CWA Dagger in the Library for her entire body of work and winner of the Mary Higgins Clark Award, Sharon published her thriller The Craftsman in May 2018.
