a breath of fresh air
I so appreciate the collaboration of doctors working in the fields both allopathic and natural medicine. this sharing of knowlwdge, research and experience accross disciplines is essential to providing the public with the most appropriate and effective approaches to wellness and health. the information on not only D3 and K2, but also immune health and function in general is illuminating and empowering in a time when we are all feeling especially vulnerable. the authors offer common sense and powerful tools for meeting the challenges of living in a pandemic that will not only help protect us from severe covid outcomes, but fortify our immune systems, improve our metabolic health and support cardiovascular and bone health for life. if only our departments of public health would help to share this essential information. so grateful for this book!
