Don't agree with others comments in the narrator. Have heard him alot on other books, and think he's perfect for this type of read.
Writing is actually better than previous books, with less fillers and more struggle + action

when I first started reading this series I got hooked right away! I have both the audible and Kindle reading versions of the books, and I can honestly say that I have listened and read the books multiple times. The best parts I've read so far are when Rugrat and Eric talk about mamma Rodriguez and do stupid shit like eating a bunch of unidentified herbs and the situations they get in. if you like litrpg and adventure this s

I was hesitant to get this one because I had grown to love the narrator of the previous books, but the Neil did a great job with it and I am very happy with the story

they changed performers. though the new guy is good I prefered the old one. I am not able to distinguish the characters just by voice anymore :(. also I enjoyed how the old narrator was slow when going over the stats rather than rushing through them. now they just blur together I don't even bother trying to listen to them now. The story is getting dark.

I missed rugrat’s redneck accent, but he is a good narrator. I enjoyed his performance even though the change in narrators did confuse me occasionally.

took me a chapter to get used to the new guy reading. if you listen to audio books long enough you get used to it. New guy does a fine job. Some people just hate change. heading to the next book

Ok, so I didn’t notice the change in narrators before I purchased so I spent the first part of chapter 1 having a Hissy fit. Yep. I did that. Then I realized that it was Neil Hellegers. I’ve always loved his work so not a huge burden. Mr. Hellegers does a great job in staying true to the characters and the story so now [wait for it] bring on part 2 ... no I mean it .. sooner is better. NOW is best. 🖖
