By now you know that getting enough sleep is one of the fundamental keys to overall health and well-being. But, achieving optimal shuteye and truly winding down at night are skills that few seem to have mastered.

Aaptiv’s Sleep Better program includes seven classes led by meditation and mindfulness expert Jade Alexis. On day one of the program you’ll begin with ten minutes of relaxation and focus on your breath. As the week progresses you’ll graduate to a 30-minute session and incorporate techniques that train your body to release tension and prepare for deep sleep including breathwork, body scans, and yoga nidra - a type of meditative state achieved before sleep.

This program is designed to be taken as many times through as you wish and can be referred back to as often as you need.

The aid helped me sleep, but I had to get used to the voice for this one. Not a good fit.

I didn’t find this very relaxing, even from the first, but when the guided meditation had me literally counting sheep, it lost me totally. There are much better offerings out there.

the narrator was trying too hard. that aside, the information was not very helpful either.

Sometimes going to sleep really is difficult. You think about your day and then suddenly remember things that you've forgotten. The more you have tackle during your day, the more difficult the sleep. This meditation based series really gets you to get to clear the table that is your mind.

Puts me to sleep, meditation that clears stresses.

dont appreciate the religious/spiritual stuff. cant you leave that stuff out and still do a calming, sleep-inducing recording? Well I could. Pease try a little harder ro be creative.

I Dont Have a Third Eye!

Not sure what they were thinking the music is way too fast, and changes every minute. And the voice is horrible, she is too stern and talks too fast and too loud. If being aggressively talked to sleep is your thing this is perfect but the rest of us not so much. I want a soothing relaxing voice to lull me to sleep.

Probably one of the best delivered sleep meditations I have ever used. Puts me to sleep in minutes.
