Description

After a betrayal at work costs Song Kuan her job, she retreats to her friend Lucy’s idyllic family cabin on a lake in Minnesota to lick her wounds. Then Lucy disappears, leaving Song alone in an unfriendly and unfamiliar town where locals don’t take kindly to strangers asking questions.

Good

I am so very grateful I chose to listen to the Audible version because has really enhanced the experience, making me feel like we were walking through the experience together. I may have to listen to it again to really GET everything. Or also buy the book to highlight it and make notes.

poor story

one of the least engaging things i listened on audible.
i almost dien after 10 minutes of listening to it.
