I’m so happy we finally had an author writing smut with the lead female protagonist who #1 is over 21 & #2 not a virgin! Thank god it always drives me crazy when writers do that!
This woman knew what she liked and had been experienced enough to know what she wanted from her mates!
The world was interesting being filled with shifters, witches, demons and even hunters.
We got a little Egyptian mythology which was very interesting but I was sad that it never went anywhere, I thought for sure the blood fighting between the crocodile & cat shifters would have originated from there. We found out what her blood could do any everyone wanted to get their hands on it yet we conveniently have a gay demon best friend who does lots of favours for you, like protecting your blood with the sacrifice of someone you love or your soul.
The spice was fantastic in this book! Their relationships grew and matured as they got to know each other and things seemed natural.
It was a fun cute lighthearted book, it goes by quickly you kinda wish there was a little more.,,, especially with the Egyptian mythology!
