The insights I had directly led to my calling to educate people on
how to lead their most vibrant lives. They needed to know about their hidden risk factors to avoid any premature threats to their health and vitality. I grew tired of all the death and disability I have seen from cardiac disease, dementia, stroke, cancer, mental health which are all largely preventable. I want to motivate people to take action. If I can motivate people to take that first action step, then this book will be worth it. For initiating action often takes the greatest energy. Once action is initiated, it takes less effort to sustain it.
