Overall I enjoyed this! I’ve considered myself an alcoholic for a while now and haven’t wanted to make change but instead make excuses. I feel this is what I needed to hear for motivation and information to move toward change. The first time I haven’t wanted a/to drink in a long time. I recommend anyone in a similar situation or struggling with drinking to give it a listen.
