This is an absolutely fabulous adventure filled book! I know a lot about Roman History and saints, and I connected the dots easily but with utter amazement at how good the author weaved the story. Wonder fully heart wrenching and gripping. Left me in tears. Well done, Taylor Marshall!

The beginning of a book was really good. As the book went on, it wasn’t so good. Joan wasn’t so good after a little while I didn’t really like the end he kind of died. I mean he died in a way but it’s I wish she’d still was alive.!!! 😊
