Exactly what I was looking for...

I really enjoyed this book and learned a lot. As a strength training beginner, I found it difficult to understand where to start, and after that, where to go. This book helped me understand how to set goals and expectations and now, just a few weeks later, I'm already seeing the benefits. I would strongly recommend this to anyone starting out and maybe feeling lost in the gym or discouraged. It probably sounds like I'm getting paid to write this review, I assure you I'm not. The relief of the frustration from going to the gym for months not seeing a difference has replaced with anticipation to see what I am actually capable of. It all starts with your mind, the rest will follow. Thank Marc!
