There's so much I could say about this book. I would absolutely recommend it to new OR seasoned teachers, parents, tutors, etc! It is absolutely worth a read and I will be recommending it to all my colleagues once I become a teacher.
If you're a parent with a child who struggles at school, give this a listen as well! It may help you to recommend new teaching styles to teachers you know aren't delivering the right course content for your child.

Great audio book! I teach elementary and although a lot of his examples are based on older kids in the classroom it gave me so many ideas of how I could tweak it to fit the age range I teach. I also really liked how realistic and forthcoming he is. Does everything work 100% of the time? No. Will you always have 100% engagement? No. But that also shouldn't stop you from trying and celebrating improvements and successes. He also encouraged me to branch out and read some nonfiction books that are just interesting to me, not just teaching books.
Definitely a great read, would recommend!
