Growth and Innerstanding
This book is not a Book, it is a sacred text, narrated, written and held by a person who lives what he speaks and who speaks what has been passed down from elders, both on this earth and from elsewhere.
Take time to read, and apply the practices in the book in your daily lives.
I would suggest to first listen to the whole audio book to get introduced to the concepts.
Then take time to listen again and apply the teachings. Take some teachings, then put the book down for a few days as you apply them, then continue on until you finish the book.
And do It again, until they begin to shift and enter your being.

Very informative Book.
The audio book was great. Really puts things into perspective and provides the reader/listener a solid guideline on how to conduct themselves in an honorable, balanced and progressive manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a healthy and functional way to live, regardless of where they're currently situated.
