Welcome to The 40-Day Sugar Fast, a fast that begins with us giving Jesus our sugar and ends with Jesus giving us himself - the only thing that can ever truly satisfy our soul's deep hunger. On this 40-day journey you'll learn how to stop fixating on food and other things you use to fill the voids in life and instead fix your eyes on Christ.
Anyone who runs to sugar for comfort or a reward, who eats mindlessly or out of boredom, who feels physically and spiritually lethargic, or who struggles with self-control will discover here not only freedom from their cravings but an entirely new appetite for the good things God has for us.

Not recommended based on biblical error and her encouragement in unholy living. her understanding is darkened. Be careful.
Before I write this criticism, I want to say that the Lord has called us to live a holy pure life unto God in spirit and in truth. Our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit and we are called to live holy and make choices that are pure and honouring to our bodies. The things we choose to eat are an offering to the temple that we live in . What are we offering to God in the choices that we make with the food we eat. Are we choosing to eat whole fresh food and make things from scratch? Are we choosing to be lazy women of convenience buying things frozen in a can in a box. We know those things that satisfy us and we know they don’t please the Lord. We are called out as a holy people to please the Lord and everything we do. So please stop and consider these things for yourself . It doesn’t get more complicated than that. Sit with the Lord and ask him. To give you an open heart that is soft towards the things he loves and wants for you. Not recommended based on biblical error pagen worldly satanic references used to support her arguments - she is not qualified to teach or speak to women in the public square (you don’t need to be legitimate to write a book today publishing a book doesn’t make them qualified. She is not qualified, and not recommended.) seek out, local community and even more importantly seek out the Lord God Jesus Christ HE will reveal to you HIS WORD and give you all the wisdom and understanding you need sister in Christ. These “Bible teachers “ write these books to make money and they fall short of speaking truth. They speak lies, and condone amd encourage unholy living, their books do not stand up against the holiness of God and HIS WORD. Read the Bible and sit with the Lord. HE will not fail you as HE is perfect and only speaks truth. Cling to the word of God and the word of alone.
