À propos de cet audio
Theo, a gay man from New York, hopes to spend a quiet vacation in Positano after a painful breakup. While there, he is overwhelmed by the sensuality of the Amalfi Coast–the sea, the food, and the incredibly luscious man reclining on the sunbed next to him on the beach.
One evening at a club, Theo overhears two men discussing the details of a terrible crime. When he reports it, he is surprised to find that the appetizing man on the beach, Raffaello, is also the police sergeant. As they pursue the suspects over the course of several days, Theo and Raffaello fall under each other’s spell.
Theo is forced to wrestle with troubling memories of his adolescence, and Raffaello must come to terms with the same-sex desires he thought he had put to rest years ago. Their steamy relationship unfolds amidst confounding twists and turns and finds resolution only later when another alluring Italian man crosses both of their paths.
The story takes place in Positano, Capri, Rome, and New York. It is a tender coming of age gay romance with a crime thriller subplot, celebrating the seductiveness of all things Italian and the power of destiny to transform lives.
