A phenomenal book who will train you to detach from Anxious Attachments. If you are struggling with abandonment issues, then this audiobook is clearly meant for you to listen to. The author will guide you step by and first define anxiety along with its root causes. Until we see it in writing, many of us won't realize that we’ve been dealing with anxiety on autopilot most of our lives. However, Alina Sterling teaches her readers the different types of anxieties ranging from anxieties that occur from personal battles with ourselves, to workplace drama and relationship anxieties. If you suffer from over analyzing anything and everything, then you need to give this book a try. This book scored a perfect five stars however; I bet the author could increase her sales if she experimented with different covers for this book.
