Jordan interviewed key people in Melania's close circle who speak publicly for the first time and uncovered never-before-seen photos and tapes of the tall woman with “tiger eyes,” as a judge in an early modeling contest said. The Art of Her Deal shows Melania’s ascent from a modest life, tracing her journey from childhood under a communist dictator to her complicated relationship with Donald Trump. The picture that emerges is “that the first lady is not a pawn but a player...and a woman able to get what she wants from one of the most powerful and transparently vain men in the world” (NPR).
And while it is her husband who became famous for the phrase “the art of the deal,” this is the story of the art of her deal.

Well-researched....that’s it.
With respect to Mary Jordan, an award-winning journalist, there wasn’t much new to say about Melania Trump. The points the author made were backed up by the research she had done over several years.
Takeaway: Melania Trump is playing chess to win.

A very good read Melania's life interesting.
All she has achieved over her life is impressive, when any decisions were made with the President Trump or about caring for their son she is strong & showed her ability to stand against the biased anti- Trump media. She received very little attention for her love & care for the children suffering cancer or health saving surgeries that was her choice to support as The First Lady.

Amazing and candid!
Mary Jordan weaves a well researched, complicated tale of Melania Trump. Ms. Jordan provided quotes and well researched facts about First Lady Trump's journey to the White House. It is a hard working, extremely interesting book about Melania Trump. The book neither judges nor praises Mrs. Trump. Mary Jordan gives the reader the dignity of choice for their own conclusions. Well done!
