Beyond Terrible

This book is so bad it borders on fraud. It is terribly written, completely unedited, and shows no in-depth, first-hand, or even cursory knowledge of the subject matter. Have you ever heard a book report by a 6th grader who obviously only read the back of the book cover and tried to stretch that into a five minute presentation? This is worse.

When he finally gets to describing the BRRRR method after many chapters of filler he gets it utterly wrong. For example he describes the refinancing step as borrowing more money in order to improve the property.

Here's another insult: the BRRRR is very well know strategy and it is universally pronounced as "Burr". Yet the narrator pronounces it like "bee arr arr arrr arr". Unbelievable.

Shame on Audible for offering up this abomination!
