Description

Dear Santa,

Please bring me a new boss for Christmas. Mine is the worst. The worst, hidden in a six-foot-tall package of male perfection. It’d be easier if he looked like an old Scrooge, wouldn’t it?

Nick Saint-Croix doesn’t look like an old scrooge. He’s hot as -

Um, never mind. Just bring me a new boss. Please.

Sincerely,
Holly Winter

Holly & Nick in audio, fantabulous!!

Holly hates her boss, Nick. Supposedly. It is more she hates that he's so hot she needs to hate him to keep him in the do not touch box.

She created an Advent calendar to reward herself for each day she survives his presence in her life, even.

Nick watches her with fascination. It all comes to a head when he tells her he is taking her on his business trip to Germany.

Holly's resistance is completely destroyed by the side of Nick she finds on this trip. Their steamy, funny, oh so ho-ho-holiday romance is so fun. And out loud? Even hotter and funnier.

Jana books are so fun in audio.

Loved it

I needed this book. Jolly ole Saint Nick was all-up-in-here . Have you ever read a Jana Aston book? They're hilarious and always just what you need. This one was a novella length and others have called it a "naughty Hallmark book" and I absolutely agree. Just enough delicious naughtiness mixed with holiday joy. It's boss/employee, enemies-to-lovers yumminess. Ho Ho Ho your way through this one, you won't regret it. There's two more in this series of novellas which are being released soon.

funny and cute

Great short story and I love the Christmas theme as I am a great believer of finding love around the magical season of Christmas! Jana Aston is known to me by the sense of humor she gives her characters, and I love everything she writes! And Erin Mallon is the perfect narrator as her manly voice is so gruff and sexy! The perfect combo!

The perfect Christmas novella!

Jana Aston and her humor.
I'm not usually a fan of holiday stories, but when it was pitched as a Hallmark movie meets sexy times, I was in.
Because, really, who doesn't love a Hallmark Christmas movie? The only disappointing thing about those movies is the insta-love and the extreme lack of good times. But I can handle it because I want a lot of sweet with my sappy holiday movies.
But I digress.
The Boss Who Stole Christmas is fun, sexy, swoony, and just the perfect blend of over the top holiday nonsense to make you feel like you fell into a snow globe. Or a Hallmark movie. Whichever.

And Nick Saint-Croix is the sexy boss you want to get dirty with. I mean, he takes her on a trip of a lifetime! And that first kiss? SA-WOOOOOON.

Absolutely loved this one!

Absolutely loved this holiday themed novella. A bit of rom com, a dash of forbidden and hot chemistry will keep you hooked until the end. Erin Mallon’s narration is fantastic! Definitely worth the listen.

4 Advent Calendar Stars!!!

I loved how Erin Mallon brought this book to life for me! It was the perfect addition to my holiday listens!!

What a holiday gem this novella is!! I loved Holly Winters and Nick Saint-Croix so much. They’re both from Reindeer Falls, Michigan, a town that is basically Christmas all year round! Holly is a woman that has everything she could want in life except for love. And let me tell you, Nick is definitely NOT on her radar mostly because he’s her new boss AND he’s pretty much a Grinch…or so she thinks!

For his part, Nick Saint-Croix kept his feelings close to the vest because he had to. But don’t let that fool you! Everything changes when he and Holly take a trip to Germany together!

This book is funny, sassy, flirty and sexy! It moves at a fast pace but doesn’t lack in story or romance. I loved how Holly pushed Nick’s buttons in so many ways that I found myself laughing out loud! Overall, this book is a great read and a perfect start to the holiday season. I can’t wait to see how The Great Gingerbread Bake-Off goes!

AHHHH!

The inner monologue drives me crazy! I thought my train of thought was all little wild but this girl's like a runaway train heading for a crash off a broken bridge. It's like a tape stuck on play. The story was ok but dang the main female is ridiculous but at least she knows it. Don't lisen to this story if you can't handle a frustrating train of thought.

Adorable Holiday Read!

With a town name like Reindeer Falls, you know the inhabitants must be crazy about Christmas! In Jana Aston’s latest novella, The Boss Who Stole Christmas, her heroine, Holly Winter is definitely a fanatic for the holidays.

The Boss Who Stole Christmas is a spicy version of the usual holiday romance. In the story, the Winter sisters, Holly, Ginger, and Noel, are introduced. I loved their cute names, and their sisterly teasing is fun. Holly Winter works for the Reindeer Toy Company, and her boss, Nick Saint-Croix, is a tall, handsome “Grinchy” guy. Never has there been a woman so put out by the existence of her boss; Holly absolutely resents the fact that Nick continues to exist on the planet Earth!

I loved Ms. Aston’s detailed descriptions of both Reindeer Falls and the Nürnberger Christkindlesmarkt. I felt like I had travelled across the globe with Holly on her business trip. The scene setting is fantastic! I adored Holly and her sisters, but I felt Nick was left a little too enigmatic. I would have appreciated more dialogue, and a little more plot.

Overall, The Boss Who Stole Christmas is an adorable, quick read. Grab a gingerbread cookie and a glass of milk and be prepared to be charmed by Jana Aston’s latest cast of characters.
