Good story and great storytelling

Nice to have suspenseful fiction that is not another take on 'Gone Girl'. Great narration - which makes or breaks an audio book.

Surprisingly enjoyable

I wasn't expecting much but I really enjoyed this book, especially the narration which was excellent! I like Catherine Cooper's writing style and will definitely be on the lookout for more of her books. Although the story seems quite 'light' to start there are lots of characters who all have their own interesting stories to share. Nothing complicated, but definitely kept me listening and I was sorry when it finished.
