Best sleep story going
The content is good, but it’s been done already. Only better, and 20 years ago in mind gym. But if you never read that book I suppose this would be good. Now the bad. The reader.... I mean maybe the book could be better than I felt it was, but I kept falling asleep. I couldn’t listen while driving. I could only manage 15-20 minutes at a time or I would be out. His voice is like a bored robot and Eeyore had a child and this is the result. 2 hours left in the book and I’m out, can’t do it. Do not recommend.

Great book for helping your mental game
I am a powerlifter and I was looking for a book to help my mental game. I do quite well with the sport but I had a mental block with one of my lifts. I have listened to the book once and have implemented some of the suggested tactics. I listened to it every morning on the way to the gym. I am now listening to the book again to review and implement more tactics. I would recommend this book.
