Great book

This is the first book on CPTSD that I have listened too. I found it very helpful in finally understanding the root causes of my negative thought patterns and consequent behaviour. The book offers practical exercises to self-reflect and analyze my negative thoughts and behaviours, which can be changed and channelled into positive thinking and acceptable behaviours.
It's only three hours long, but it profoundly affected me and encouraged me to delve into the topic further in my process of self-healing my childhood trauma.
