Amazing book!
Darius took the subject of core values, a subject that I am also passionate about, and dissected it into a clear actionable plan that every organization should follow if they want to truly succeed. Nice work!

Great book for any CEO or business owner!
Although there are a few minor things I don't agree with this book is a fantastic how to guide on Core Value discovery. So many great tips, examples and facilitation tools to guide a top-notch CV initiative.

Must read for leaders
This is such an excellent book - not just for the why - but the HOW.
It was easy to listen to, gives step by step instructions and was super inspiring. I will be working through this with my entire leadership team
