I’m really pleasantly surprised by this writer! Just about flawless character development, credible story lines, and many unexpected plot twists. I enjoyed the growing professional friendship between the DCI and his young protege who develops her detective skills throughout. I hope there’s more in the series as plots are thorough, and well developed.
