A good book for someone who has never thought too hard about their actions, addictions and behavior's in life. If you are someone who has worked on your self for any length of time this book wont give you the inspirational "dose" you might be looking for. I guess I found it a little too simple but Tj is on the right track.

FINALLY A LIFE CHANGING BOOK. I’ve read many books on psychology, neuroscience, mental health, health, and addictions with some change in my behaviours but nothing drastic. This book has a lot of information that wasn’t completely knew to me BUT the way it is simplified, organized, non-judmental and applicable has truly had a massive impact on my life already. T.J.’s voice is engaging and energized, maybe this could become his side gig lol anyways, I TOOK THE CHALLENGES IN THE BOOK SERIOUSLY… and now I have daily proof and future hope that I’m going to be better than okay, truly happy. Thanks T.J.!
