I love the exploration of physics and magic via chi cultivation. The main character is erratic and unpredictable and consistanty demonstrates that throughout the book. The story sometimes gets lost in the complications, but I still can’t wait for the next one to come out because I have a smile on my face the whole time I’m listening.
