Just beyond the Blue Mountains of Fairy lay a barren land where the great Goblin King ruled.
News had come to him from Eldon, leader of the Blue Fairy Faction, of two children with a magic called the Ooly-gagg boots. They had helped in the overthrow of Cindal, the Fair. The great Goblin King’s anger was stirred up as he listened to this story. Greed in obtaining this new magical power became his heart’s desire.
Eldon spoke of the two of them ruling Fairy together, but a new plan began to form in the king’s mind. He knew he could convince the trolls from Troll Mountain that lay above his land to join him. He’d also contact a new power from a place called Fair Haven, which bordered Troll Mountain. There, a creature called The Dark One ruled the land.
Together, these three forces would deceive Eldon, and they would take Fairy as their own. With his forces, the Trolls and this new leader called The Dark One, he could begin the complete overthrow of Star Haven. The magic of the Ooly-gagg would be his, and these two children would serve him or die.
