It is a good book telling interesting topic, repeats some concepts again and again. Also the narration is boring.

I was so excited for this book, I heard such great things. It expands on concepts I've been researching but the author takes these concepts to some very questionable places. I found this book to be riddled with internalized misogyny, self-serving anecdotal stories, and victim-blaming within rape culture. I found this author's interpretation to be a very white privileged and narcissistic take on the concepts originally presented by Carl Jung.

I do not recommend.
