The Dating Game Uncensored chronicles dating in a free society. In other words, if you are raised in a society where marriages are strictly prearranged as the norm, then there's really no need to listen to a book on dating. The methodology for this book involved gathering information from informal and unstructured interviews with several individuals from different backgrounds and careers, namely school teachers, pediatricians, single people, married people, and divorcees, to name a few. Considerable internet research was done also.

Perspectives are based on views and insights from family background, upbringing, early childhood education and socialization, social and neighborhood environment, human psychology, personal experiences, education, income, and social class and status.
