Edward Calloway had much to deal with mentally as an adolescent. The challenges continued through his adulthood. Dealing with the problems became routine. In time the difficulty was always expected at one time or other. The problems had gotten to be easily resolved. After many years the pace slowed. Much was taken care of.

Mental health was being impacted on by many factions. Someone of high caliber was needed to start the wheels in motion to resolve the issues that had become paramount. There are many secret goings-on, with many numerous outcomes that were exposed. There had become much disarray and no structure or common goals in the mental health system. Many organizations and agencies were now involved with no communication established between them. All those involved work as though they had the ultimate solution.
