À propos de cet audio
For fans of THE SECRET HISTORY, CRUEL INTENTIONS and EUPHORIA, this is an unforgettable dark academia thriller about addiction, trauma and the anxiety epidemic experienced by young people today. Performed by BAFTA nominee and star of RYE LANE, Vivian Oparah.
Kayleigh Morris is just trying to survive her first year at St. Kellum’s University.
Freshers’ Week is a blur of social anxiety, parties, and the weight of trying to fit in. But when Kayleigh’s panic attack becomes the talk of the campus, she retreats into herself, shutting herself away in her room.
Everything changes when she’s selected for a mysterious new module, led by Professor Lady Marian, who introduces her and a group of misfits to a psychedelic drug believed to cure anxiety and promote productivity. At first, the drug works wonders, melting away their insecurities and unlocking new possibilities. But soon, the line between reality and fantasy begins to blur. As Kayleigh’s grip on the world around her weakens, she finds herself grappling with her darkest fears, fractured friendships, and the pull of a new, dangerous obsession.
As the experiment spirals out of control, Kayleigh must confront the terrifying truth of what she’s become—and what the drug is really doing to her mind.

4/5 stars raves your suicidal high school younger self
Following a chance encounter so eloquent it's a miracle the boy wasn't working an inside job, our journey begins.
At St. Kellum University, four students who exhibit no shade of personality beyond their failed academia, accept an invitation to The Addams Family mansion in an effort to resuscitate their collegiate dreams. Blindly accepting a witches proposal and credentials in place of pharmaceutical legitimacy. Take contractually obligated LSD (under a proposterous name) before becoming hopelessly addicted, not to the drug itself, but the nightmarish fever each dose brings. After waking up in a dumpster covered in mustard and dog s*** you'd assume sensibility might lend a guiding hand. But nonsense can bridge disbelief with conviction so effortlessly. Listen closely to the babble of each mind trip as though you're attending a party as the only guest not drinking. As you trace the spiral of delusion to their inevitable doom, stare in bewilderment as the word 'squelch' is used on four separate occasions. Weilding a form of persuasion a 3rd grader might out maneuver, the accredited 'cat-witch' lures her test subjects easier than Hansel and Gretel on a bread trail. As your passion for self loathing grows, marvel at your own inability to remove this title from your library. Telling yourself you could stop at any time, you remain in lock step until every hit of 'kittie acid', every lobotomy and every bucket of feces has been thrown. Seriously, there were two whole chapters were the entire cast carried on in spite of one being covered in excrement.
Extremely triggering for addicts and alcoholics, the latter being the case with this listener.
Prepare yourself, this is not psychological, this is horror
