honestly amazing
I have a hard time sitting down and listening to books but I honestly sat down and listened to this one in a day. This book is extremely well written. honestly very thankful I picked this book up when I did.
even from a non-powerlifter I still see a lot of value coming from this book about life. Very much a book for everyone.

Great Book!
I have a passion for all forms of fitness. It was great to read about someone who went through unbearable moments in their life but never quit. Ive had similar impacts in my life with my dad and not always having money when I was a kid. This book only motivates me to hit the gym hard and work for something I believe in. Thanks Chris!

Kinda book that can help change your life.
This book touched my heart and pulled on some threads that lead to some wounds long ago stitched up and buried deep in my subconscious
