I adore this author! the house witch, burning witch, and even princess of potential all hold special places in my heart and I'll always recommend. However, I'm left feeling a little off about the ether witch. I love finally exploring Tams long awaited power, but it feels too drastic a shift from the Tam we knew. Power aside, his personality seems a bit jarring all of a sudden. I also don't love the implications of his familiar situation. That aside, I adore Luca, and am very interested in seeing how this wraps up, and if things will be coming to a comfortable close or be left open for more adventures, or even some prequels.

I love this author. She’s funny, clever, witty and such a great writer.
From The House Witch to this book, I can’t get enough!
All of these books are binge worthy, call off sick and tuck in to laugh, smile and be taken to the world witches, talking familiars, creatures and yummy food!
