À propos de cet audio
Dickson University’s reigning social king can get any girl on campus to fall for him…except the one he’s been silently falling for his whole life.
Campus legend. Life of the party. The guy everyone wants to know.
That’s me—Ace Kelly.
But the one person who truly knows me? Julia Brooks.
My best friend since we were kids.
Julia’s the kind of girl everyone loves. Sweet, painfully beautiful, and steady, she’s always been my constant.
Somewhere between childhood and college at Dickson University, I fell for her. Hard. And I’ve been running an incognito mission ever since.
Operation: Make Julia fall in love with me...without ruining the friendship.
Flawless plan, right? Wrong.
One catastrophically stupid moment—fine, several—might’ve blown everything apart.
We’ve always had our fifteen-minute rule: get mad, shout, hate each other all we want, but when the time is up, we're back to best buddies.
But this time, fifteen minutes might not be enough.
Not when Julia’s trust and our entire lifetime of “us” is suddenly on the line.
I’m in love with my best friend.
And come hell or high water, I’m not giving up my girl without a fight.

The billionaire series was amazing and the narration was awesome. this narration made it seem like the characters were just plain boring and dull. I even spead up the audio book hoping that would help but still it was soo hard to listen to.
not the best of max manroe0

I enjoyed Ace and Julia’s characters separately and together. They had great chemistry and rom com vibes. They were a lot of fun together but I couldn’t help but question some of their interactions due to Ace’s manipulation.
Ace was a lot. Like A LOT. I liked his fun and carefree attitude but at times it was way too much. The lengths that he was going to to make Julia fall in love with him were extreme and didn’t sit right. He sees his best friend finally getting close to someone and turns into a jealous toddler doing anything he can for attention. He was constantly manipulating situations to insert himself into Julia’s everyday life and attention.
The fifteen-minute rule definitely has its place but these best friends should have been having some serious discussions and not just letting things go.
The audio narration was honestly great. I felt like the narrators captured the characters’ personalities really well but even they couldn’t save this book for me.
This was an almost dnf for me. I’m glad I followed through and finished the book but this book is personally not a favorite for me.
An alright best friends to lovers romcom
