À propos de cet audio

This is to remind that time is a gift and that every moment, for better or worse, is a privilege and should be cherished. Our moments are finite in this dance across the infinite expanse. And it is how we maneuver our minds to align to the pace that graces the universe and our bodies to its beat that constantly changes underneath our feet. These are our moments syncopated by faith and fear. Our time is now, and our place is here. And when we finally hear the percussiveness of peace— true wealth will appear. And the finest moments are the most severe. These are defining moments where who we truly are becomes clear. The finer moments are definitive moments— moments where we fail, then persevere. Moments when our façades fade into our most sincere. To our humbling moments that remind we are all just men, let us enjoy these moments together— because in the end, it is only a matter of when our final moment begins.

***Alpha

A moment stands to gain a day at rest
from hours unspent in lament chasing time
While lives are lost on knees of handed stress
my feet will glide above those passing mines—
and run upon the truth I left behind.

To wither away in my own decay
or seek such peace in my own defeats?
I lose myself the more I push away.
I used abuse by binging deceit
and starved my strength—betrayed by the weak.

I learn my worth as I put myself first
by embracing moments that pass the years.
I'll feed this hunger cursed by my thirst
by preying upon faith to release my fears.
The past is here—now the end draws near.
