Repetitive language, bad story line, to be continued ending. Narrated alright but can't save the story.

story seemed unbelievable but was willing to hear it through. my one complaint is that over and over again writer used " fluttered her eyelashes" and " pinched face" to the point I was listening for it and not getting into the story.

use a different adjective

It ends with “To be continued” after a whole book of building up to the big ending

This ending missed me off.

the book started off slow but it did take off. the narrator was good throughout. all I'm going to say is no job is worth a home. the only downfall is I have to wait for book 2.
