Good ideas, just needed a bit more….

Really liked some of the ideas, and the ending wasn’t as predictable as I thought it might be. Wish we had more world building. Where is this island? More backstory. The narrators voice wasn’t unpleasant, but it was distracting. There were so many POVs (this was great) but she never changed her voice so got confusing. Also she sounded at times like a robot. I thought for a while she might be AI. Solid 3.5 stars. Great story, had more potential, narrator lacking.
