This is the first one I listened to. I didn't know what was going to happen or what to expect. Depending on where you listen to this one among the series, It may fit better in different spots, but I finally figured it out and where it fits into the whole. The Connection didn't even click in til much later.

The series unfolds and spreads with each person’s story. The Z’s kept my up at night. I need the next book now. Seriously, the series had me asking myself how’d I make it through the apocalypse.

Read book 1 through 4 then 0, you’ll appreciate it.
