Very useful tips and tricks. We were struggling getting our little guy to have solid sleeps at night. But with some pointers from this book we are back on track to better sleeps and less freak outs!! Very Helpful!!

Great for New Parents!

Some really useful information in this book but the author tries to sell the reader on his smart sleeper far too often

Enough about your smart sleeper already!

The content is good, even if the brunt of the information feels like it can be relayed in about 20 minutes of narration. The background information and history is interesting though. if you only want to walk away learning techniques for raising a toddler. I would simply suggest googling the the 5 S's.

Good, but not great

You can likely learn as much from the back of the book as reading the entire book.

The 5 S’s are simply repeated over and over again with phoney testimonials that drag on.

The author could have been much more concise. This was painful to listen to / read.

As a Pediatrician, I would not recommend this book.

Author took what should Should have been a two page essay, not a book

I thought my phone might be broken given how many times the author repeated himself.

repeatative

Some of the content is useful. Unfortunately it's burred in repetitive filler words. I continuously found myself double checking which chapter I was listening to because the content of many chapters sounds virtually identical.

I suppose it's a good option if you have 7 hours to kill. Otherwise, you can find succinct summaries of the 5S techniques all over the internet.

Longwinded and Redundant
