This book was different. A book full of food for thought. Lots of opinions based on facts and nuggets pertaining to the status of the worlds health care systems. Very intriguing. Learned a lot about what health care means.

When I first started this book I was full of hope because I am full of pain. I am dealing with some unknown issues as well as rheumatoid arthritis, migraines and all over body pain. Not to dampens anyone’s hopes but, I’m afraid that this technique for me, was just as good as run-of-the-mill meditation. In my opinion I wouldn’t waste your credit on Audible or your money. Some people may find this a nice form of meditation but I think that’s all it is.
