Love this series, 3rd time listening through.. But they spend a few hours in this one explaining where a certain faction goes wrong.. Hours, seriously.

While I found the writing and character development engaging, the lack of overall plot development was disappointing. The author spent the majority of the time reminding us how foolish and shortsighted men can be when it comes to women and in the face of our own egos and self-importance, ultimately leading to avoidable tragedy.
