It addresses early reformers such as Wyclif, Hus, and Erasmus, the renaissance, the Protestant reformation, and the development of its numerous denominations.
It provides an overview of the major world religions including: Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Taoism, Judaism, Islam, and the Bahá’í Faith. It also looks at how other thinkers such as Confucius, Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, Kant, Marx, Nietzsche, and postmodern philosophers have changed the world.
