Bill Mulligan spent the greater part of his career selling and servicing his clients in the print and packaging industry. After spending 25 years on the road, he is now enjoying spending more time in his home office, allowing for new ventures including but not limited to the writing of The Incredible Power of Simple Service. He and his wife, Rosemary, live in Clarks Summit, PA, and have one son, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and the two greatest grandkids on the planet.
