À propos de cet audio
The Lost Compass of Columbus It doesn't point North. It points to the Truth. Twelve-year-old Wesley prefers reading about history to living it. He likes the quiet safety of a library. His ten-year-old sister, Bianca, is the opposite, she craves noise, action, and the thrill of the unknown. But their worlds collide in the dusty, cedar-scented air of their late grandfather’s attic.
Hidden inside a moth-eaten trunk, buried beneath layers of old wool, they discover an artifact that shouldn't exist: a tarnished brass compass that feels unnaturally cold to the touch. Its rusted needle refuses to spin. Instead, it locks onto a direction that isn't on any map, humming with a faint, vibrating energy that tickles their fingertips. The compass is the key to a secret Christopher Columbus took to his grave and someone is willing to kill to get it back.
Hunted by Dr. Silas Vane, a shadow-dwelling historian who smells of stale cigar smoke and danger, Wesley and Bianca are forced to run. From the echoing halls of the Maritime Museum to the salty, crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean, the siblings must decipher microscopic carvings, navigate through blinding storms, and unlock a centuries-old mystery. To survive, the cautious boy and the brave girl must learn to trust each other. Because if the compass falls into the wrong hands, history itself will be rewritten. Set sail for an adventure where the past is never truly dead, and the map is only the beginning.
