I agree that an identifiably gay voice is completely appropriate for this material. However, the narrator seems to think that a campy mix of Paul Lynde and Liza Minelli accents is the way to go. It isn’t. The narrator doesn’t sound like Ed White (RIP) or indeed any gay man I know. It’s just really distracting and verges on unlistenable.
