Short and informative. I do this cleanse 3 or 4 times a year and love it. Today I am on day 21 and going to do 30 days. I feel so much better on this cleanse. I have arthritis and my inflammation gets so bad it hurts to even walk. While I do this cleanse I am not only able to walk but I have way more energy, can accomplish more yard work, house work and get a lot more done at my job. I don't need as much sleep plus I sleep more sound, and have mental clarity!!! Plus I have lost 21 pounds so far so I feel lighter and for every pound of weight we lose we take 4 pounds of pressure off our knees.
I highly recommend this cleanse to anyone who needs a complete reset. All of my cravings are gone and I feel a huge sense of empowerment. And your hunger leaves after day 3 and it gets easy after that. A note about the salt water flush; don't skip that, if I skip that I don't feel good at all and that's because the toxins are left inside the body. When we flush them out we feel amazing.
I drink 40 to 50 ounces of the lemon juice a day plus a couple of cups of herbal tea as well as water. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
